Project Overview
Brener Construction is currently delivering the comprehensive interior fit-out of a 22-room hotel in Dumfries, Scotland, for Norm Investment Ltd.
The project covers the transformation and completion of guest rooms, ensuite bathrooms and associated common areas, including corridors, halls, lobby and other designated spaces.
As Main Contractor, Brener Construction is responsible for coordinating and delivering the fit-out works, supporting design development and technical coordination, managing site activities and interfaces, and ensuring that the works progress in accordance with the agreed programme, specifications and quality requirements.
