Project Overview
Brener Construction is currently delivering a specialist interior fit-out package for the 226–228 Nether Street project in London, working in collaboration with Rise Up Construction Ltd.
The project combines design coordination with on-site construction and fit-out activities. Brener Construction’s involvement includes the coordination of interior layouts and technical information, preparation of coordination drawings, material and finish selections, flooring and parquet works, site mobilisation and associated fit-out works within the agreed project scope.
Throughout the project, our team works closely with the main contractor and other trades to coordinate interfaces, manage technical submissions and support the efficient progression of works on site.
